Murray Smith is Managing Director and heads the Valuation Department. He began working for Dunphys in 1982 after employment in the public and private sectors. With long experience of the valuation of both commercial and residential property in the West London area he is on the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts and is regularly appointed in disputes concerning rent review and other valuation disputes.

Ian Clark FRICS
Property Management
Ian Clark FRICS heads the Property Management Department, is a Director of Dunphys and Company Secretary and an appointed representative of the FSA. Ian began working for Dunphys in 1978 after employment with the Ministry Of Defence and the private sector and has over 33 years experience in property and commercial and residential property management, primarily in West London but covering the South West of England. Clients range from public and private companies, housing associations, to family estates and individuals.

Harj Banger BSc (Hons) MRICS
RICS Registered Valuer
Harj specializes in all matters of enfranchisement and lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and the 2002 Commonhold Act. He has attended many LVT hearings and has had considerable success for clients.

Harry True
Consultant Building Surveyor
Harry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in building surveying and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers. He specialises in property renovation and defect diagnosis, with a specific expertise in period properties, particularly the Georgian and early Victorian stucco fronted terraced houses commonly found in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea boroughs.
As his name suggests he places great deal of emphasis on honesty, integrity and professionalism as one would expect of a member of the Royal Institution.

Keith Murray

Keith Murray is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a highly regarded specialist in the area of compulsory purchase and compensation.
His experience spans over 35 years. His career started with the Valuation Office advising local authorities and government departments on compulsory purchase and valuation.
For twelve years he was a partner with Edwin Hill in charge of the Specialist Services Department responsible for advising clients in connection with compulsory purchase and compensation.
